Welcome! To my new blog, Better Than Prozak. I am like most of you, a busy girl with not a lot of time to search from site to site looking for ideas, tips, and in general things that will make my life easier so that I am able to enjoy what free time I do have( and I use the term "free time" loosely, because yes I too have a husband and a family).
I have, over the last few years, thanks to the internet become aware of ideas that left to my own devices would never have occurred to me. I have learned how to make my tulips thrive, not in the dark, dank shadow of my silver leaf maple, but in the bright, non-shaded part of my yard. I have found not one, but 1,500 recipes for coca cola cake and just as many sure fire ways to lose the cellulite that resulted from testing all those recipes.
I find that having ideas, tips, and in general things that will make my life easier brings me to my happy place, a place where not unlike Happy Gilmore, I can deal with my anger, put down the anti-depressants (or hockey stick..) and get on with enjoying my life!
